FAQ’s & Some key things for you to know!

  • Click the book button, go to the calendar, find a class, click and create a MindBody account if you don’t have one already. Once you create an account, you will receive a welcome email from The Fithouse. If you don’t see an email or if you quickly signed up and want to get jump in immediately go ‘NEW’ Start here tab and please sign Waiver and New client form and so we can fit you for a proper boot model before Jump class.

  • All of our classes are can be modified for any beginner at any level. Boston Jumps class you do need to sign up for a beginners or regular class and arrive 30 min early. Spring Step we also recommend coming 15 early for little intro if you never stepped to hear names of moves and show you them to help make it easier.

  • Spring Step arrive 15 min early an intro if you never stepped to hear names of and show you basic moves.

    Jumps -30 min early .The instructor will get you into the proper boot model as they are different depending on shoe size, weight and strength please make sure you share the proper information on the new client form. It is very important as we want you to have the perfect bounce and make sure you are rebounding properly. Also we will go over some of the basic moves before the class starts to help you.

  • You can go in and click early to cancel your class up to 24 hours in advance. If not unfortunately you will be charged for that class.

  • We really recommend at least between 13-15 years of age but keep in mind it is an adult workout, however, we do have kids and teens programs coming soon. If you have a group of kids or teens we can do private classes.

  • Please sign up for your classes at least 4- 24 hours in advance to be courteous to your instructors.

    Treat everyone with respect and courtesy and have fun.

    Please wipe down and help put the equipment away after use.

  • Rebounding helps strengthen your pelvic floor, core, prolapsed bladder, uterus and even rectum area. Consistency is key and we do have clients that no longer tinkle when they JUMP! You are continuously working all of those muscles with every bounce. If you don’t start strengthening them up they will not get any better! We sometimes combine floor exercises, weighted poles and offer other classes which also help strengthen those areas. Your instructor can share basic moves to start with until yours is stronger.

    A few tips: Wear black leggings and a panty liner. Also, wearing a tampon can help if you suffer from a prolapsed bladder it helps to hold it up.

  • YES we do and we offer kids and adults to experience all the FUN. You can of course decide if you want it just for adults or kids or allow both. We have kids boots to jump in. We bring fun wether we host inside The Fit House or on location with our team and truck full of toys. Contact us via email or mention in person in class.

  • Recommended attire: Sports bra, fitted leggings, shorts, tanks, wear layers . During cardio or jump classes you may start in a sweatshirt in less than 3-5 minutes strip down to tank or bra tops. You will be hot and don’t recommend short or long sleeves after 5 minutes. The more comfortable you are during class the better your performance do not feel the need to hide with sleeves you don’t want to over heat or be exhausted. During ston Jump classes: Wear or bring high sports socks, over ankle that is thicker not (no wool or ski sock just basic hanes/ bombas not thin like a dress sock) we have extras in case you forget.

    For Spring Step and Trampoline classes: Please bring inside sneakers to use on the equipment.

  • We recommend you bring plenty of water. Please bring inside sneakers to use during any other classes so equipment, floors, Spring Steps and Trampolines stay clean

  • Our classes are typically between 45 minutes to 1 hour long. We have a warm up 3-5 minutes before we get into our cardio and then a cool down. We sometimes use weights and do floor work with Jump or Trampoline classes. Take your time and go at your own pace, it's not a race.

  • We tell our clients to take it easy and take as many water breaks as needed. We also have a beginners jump class that you can take prior. Yes, we do offer private sessions at a different rate.

  • We recommend you try to come to classes 2-3 times a week. If you are wanting to take your health seriously, need fun, community or struggling with an injury or some of the below health issues then we recommend 5-6 times a week with cardio and strength training. Consistency is key to heal and get results. We are here to help if you need a little text or a partner to motivate you.

  • Commit to yourself. We recommend booking classes a week to a few days in advance so you will not end up on our waiting list. As a courtesy to our instructors we ask that you try to book at least 24 hours but of course if you can’t or just got an opportunity to take a class and there are openings then of course book in and join us.

  • If you recently had surgery or suffer from an ailment we can help. If you are a coach or an athlete or a marathon runner that needs to go back to their sport asap. Then we highly recommend our rebounding Boston Jump classes or book private sessions for the those or the trampoline. They will help build up your endurance by 19% so you can run faster, jump higher or last longer in any sport or cItem description

  • NO! YOU will not fall the boots compress like if your were on a trampoline. Designed by an Orthopedic Surgeon for injury prevention and rehabilitation so that should help put your mind at ease. You will walk, jog and then be a pro in minutes! So much fun and truly the best exercise to help keep you and your body young. See Benefits page. Our instructors will guide you on the correct forms on how to rebound and balance with the boots. We recommend listening to your body telling you when you need to take a little break.

  • Yes there is plenty of parking in our parking lot in the front as well as parking in the back.

  • Absolutely! The more the merrier as the energy is always on fire when we have more people to vibe with. They just need to sign up just refer them to New start her tab and How to book a class.
