FIT TRAMPOLINE

Bounce into Fun and be carefree like a kid again! This Rebounding class is a blast! Easy on joints, bones and ligaments allowing you to feel weightless as gravity takes over. Looking to drop a few pounds? Rebounding is a rapid weight loss exercise experience. 10 minutes of bouncing is equal to 30 minutes of running.

You will experience tons of health benefits by rebounding one of the main benefits is flushing out your Lymphatic system getting rid of toxins, viruses and diseases. This also helps sluggish hormones and stubborn weight that just seems to not budge. Consistency is KEY…… Bounce more, Burn more…and you will lose exactly what you are looking for.

NASA states “Rebounding is the most effective and most efficient exercise yet devised by man. Bouncing on our trampolines or our boots allows you to experience it all!

TIGHTEN & TONE CIRCUIT

Join us for an invigorating and effective workout that combines strength and cardiovascular conditioning. Our circuit class is designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels while keeping things fun and engaging.  You'll get to try out different types of equipment including our:

  • Inertia Wave Bands: Not your standard issue battle rope! These flexible resistance bands provide dynamic movement patterns, engaging your core, shoulders, and arms. 

  • Ybells: These versatile hybrid weights combine the benefits of dumbbells, kettlebells, and push-up bars. 

  • Trampolines: who said you can't get a workout on a trampoline! You haven't tried our trampoline station!

After a fast 45 minutes, we're sure that you'll leave class feeling accomplished and ready to conquer whatever the rest of the day has in store!

Spring into this Fun, High Energy Low- Impact step class that is a total body workout and easy on the knees unlike old school with risers. SPRING Stepping or just simply STEP no spring needed will absolutely Tighten & Tone your Back side and get you results you want!

This class is for all levels whether you took step in the 90’s or never have you will instantly see why step took over aerobics and the nation. You will definitely leave with a Spring in your step from excitement and accomplishment after stepping into this amazing class!

MAT PILATES & BARRE

Join us as we combine the best of both fitness platforms into one class! Designed for every BODY & MIND allowing for modifications so all levels can participate and benefit.

Mat Pilates no machines are involved your body will move and flow as it combines key elements of stress reduction, mobility and flexibility. These exercises will strengthen your core muscles while increasing total body strength and flexibility. 

Let’s take it to the Barre to create the lean mean Ballerina stature we all wanted as a child. You will experience an effective full body workout that focuses on elongating the body and aligning your spine while you strengthen your entire body gracefully while working on balance, flexibility, posture resulting in a beautiful toned body you worked hard for. Just think you didn’t have to cram into a pair of toe shoes!

If you haven’t seen the viral videos of ‘Throw Down’ by Fly Dance Fitness® on Tik Tok or Instagram you must take a peak. Get ready, sign up and grab a spot to learn the moves. These classes will sell out. Throw Down™ is a choreographed cardio high- energy, hip-hop fitness class. We break down the routines. NO dance background is needed just back up dancers behind Amy. She will lead you to embrace your full potential, having a blast rocking it out on the dance floor with everyone. Bring your good vibes and willingness to learn something new!
